This way, you only pay for the design work you require, and you don't have to worry about overpaying for idle time.
After subscribing, you can add an unlimited number of design requests to your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially, one at a time.
Typically, we complete most design requests within two days or less. However, more intricate or elaborate requests may require additional time to ensure the highest quality output.
We recognize that your design needs may vary, and you might not require a full month's worth of services. If you have only one or two design requests currently, pausing your subscription is a convenient solution.Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Suppose you subscribe and use the service for 21 days, and then choose to pause your subscription. In that case, the billing cycle will be temporarily suspended, and you'll have 10 days of service credit remaining to be utilized at any time in the future.
Most design requests are done in Figma. However, for unique projects we can produce work in most design softwares.
Designship provides a wide range of options for requesting designs through Trello. Clients can make design requests directly in Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even record a brief Loom video instead of writing out a brief. If it can be shared or linked in Trello, we're happy to work with it.

No worries! Once you've completed your current design needs, feel free to pause your subscription and resume it when you have more design requirements. There's no need to waste any unused portion of your subscription.
